You get to the bottom of the page, and the reply box has yet to fully load.
Going back and refreshing the page usually fixes the problem.
Bottom line,
Two weeks ago after scheduled maintenance, is when I noticed it.
Hmm, well now. It was happening pretty regular. Now the past couple of days when I was watching for it to screen grab or link here, haven't seen it. Will keep watching. I did try reloading at the time but that didn't seem to work.
The Shop
Just encountered it again in that screenshot. Seems pretty random.
Again just now. Also when this happens the forum jump at the bottom is gone. Need to scroll back to the top to jump to main board.
