I’m aware of some discussion on this over on Thumpertalk. I have a 23 yz 250 two stroke and want to try these mounts. Since Xtrig doesn’t sell one for yz250s, I’m seeing that some modifications are needed. Anyone done this before? Also what part number do I order?
My right wrist gets so sore after a day on hard pack riding.

If you're open to a different brand, we have a set that bolts right up:

I don’t have a X-Trug system but I absolutley love my Ride Engineering 23.5mm triples. I feel I could have went with the 22mm but some of my tracks are faster and wanted to keep some front end stability
I was going to suggest Mako360, but for $420 current MSRP, I'd go w the Luxon, personally.
A friend of mine is able to get Xtrig parts at a discount. But I do really appreciate Billy from Luxon and the fact that he communicates well and is a Vital member.

I'm running these and am happy with them on the YZ125.
Late follow up, but these Luxon 4-post bar mounts are really good. Direct bolt on fit to my 23 yz 250 and mounts come with 3 different types of rubber bushings that vary in firmness. Started this morning with the medium (yellow) and it felt very similar to stock mount setup. Switched to the soft ones (green) trackside and felt a solid improvement in relation to comfort and flex over bumps and chatter. I am running PT Evo bars with this setup and feels really good. I would imagine a full setup with the Luxon Gen3 clamps would really be elite. But that for later!
