Yeah you're right. There's two UCL injuries. Tommy John is elbow. I guess webb tore the other UCL.
Nope, you didn't learn that today because he's wrong. Tommy John surgery is on A UCL, but not the one connected to the thumb.
It's a nasty injury and has a lot of room for complications, especially depending on the time frame between injury and surgery. Grip strength is one of the most common lasting issues, it's a very nuanced injury/recovery.
I doubt it. Jett has all but won the championship. But he could crash out in the heat/main, have a mechanical, have a freak injury like Tomac did etc.
Webb isn't going to throw away the 1% chance or whatever there is of that happening. I don't think he quits now. Imagine if he sits at home on the couch next week and Jett crashes in the first turn, gets hurt and doesn't finish the race? Webb would be regretting that for the rest of his life. Not being out there when there was still a chance.
The Shop
Yes, your probably right.
Tommy Hahn ACL mx vs Tommy John elbow baseball. Ulnar Collateral Ligament screwballs instead of arm pump.
I barely listened to the broadcast tonight, did they say when this happened?
Tough spot to be in. If you can ride you don't want to bail on what is almost certainly last shot at championship but how long are you gonna delay that repair?
Webb’s lucky Sexton and Stewart fell.
so Reed had the most rookie wins with 8 in 2003 is that right? and now Jett has it tied, could make it 9 next weekend, and be only the second rookie to win the premier class championship after going 22 and 0 in outdoors. I mean….
He said he was feeling more like himself.
Stop lol
If he wins the title next weekend, he'll be the third rookie to win the premier SX Title.
McGrath and Dungey are currently the only two.
They said he tied Reed with 8 wins, but MC has nine.
Yeah it sucks trying to pass when you aren’t fast enough.
Sexton had no trouble getting from last to fifth before he crashed.
It appears without doubt, that no one can blame any bike, it is Sexton himself to blame for front end washouts, or tucking under.
Twice
Did you watch him try to get around webb? There's no track design imaginable that prevents a much faster guy from getting around a clearly slower guy, that's not really the point though.... if a guy takes several laps to get around someone and then instantly gaps them, it's a track problem.
But that is such bullshit haha.. The brothers just went 1-2 in a sx made history and Jett pretty much has the title won and where are these unbearable over zealous fans that he talks about? There's been zero threads started and I haven't really looked that hard but I haven't really seen many over the top comments either..

It's always been shadow boxing for that dude. If you frequent this board as much as he does, you can easily read the room in that everyone is sick and tired of the overwhelming coverage the Lawrence's get but somehow in his mind everyone here is constantly just gargling their sacks vs. just acknowledging what a talent the kid is. It's ironic because the best part is that he is a "Deegan can do no wrong and if you criticize anything he does you're a hater" poster as well. Pot meet kettle.

Never even hearing of this dude before, like an idiot I picked him tonight after seeing his qualifying time today. And he f’d me, big time😫
The point was he had the same number of rookie wins so far tied 8 as his hero Reed, yes MC had more…wikipedia says 10.
He slid out not knifed, and it wasn’t a weird crash…most of the year no complaints from RC how he needs training wheels. Just think back to Bailey about Albertyn.
Webb is one of the few who can ride a wide bike and hold someone up if needed.
Whether or not Webb has a ACL I don’t think he wanted to do nationals anyway. 2nd baby on the way and not his riding style. 2x SX champ.
One of those times you dont have to worry if you should hug the winner or not. And I bet they didn’t miss the high 5.
Thoughts from the couch late night watching the recording after eating an edible…. RC’s pretty bad. He’s a juke box for irrelevant facts
Does that mean the only controversy is Webb and Tomac getting injured and Sexton forgetting what his forks are called?
