Bikes now complete to a point that its rideable and running well. I will do a few rounds of ClassicMX this winter and then pull it down again to finish it off over summer.

Left to do,

New Clarke tank
New CEET foam
New front master cylinder and hose (Will have to be made, cant buy them anymore)
New expansion chamber and muffler

I also will need to have the frame sandblasted and powder coated as I just rubbed it back and painted it and the first really hot day we had the paint all cracked as it "baked" in the shed...the bike was 90% back together so I just left it.

If anyone has any advice on the work I have left please let me know. Im going for a works look pipe I think.....also would like a nice after market wheel set...suggestions?

You can pick up ex KTM brembo master cylinders on ebay rather cheaply? could be cheaper to buy a nice 2nd hand unit throw a rebuild kit through it and have basically a new MC and a massive upgrade over stock unit.
