I could also start this thread off with "My Favorite Moto Picture" because I never knew Bill Nillson (from MXA), but certainly he helped establish our sport for which I'm thankful..
But for those that did know Mr.Nilsson I bet that man was full of moto...or full of "life" as those outside our additction would claim and I'm sorry for your loss.

Just saw this news on MX large. Before my time but I learned about the guys from way back early. Nilsson, Lundin and other built there own bikes in a time before purpose-made bikes. These guys were realy impressive, especialy when you condsider the bikes they rode, the length of the motos etc.

Impressive still - RIP Bill Nilsson.

Never got to meet Mr. Nilsson in our travels during our shooting but I sure heard his name mentioned a lot from the legends we were talking to about Bill being their hero.

Rest in peace Mr. Nilsson.
