Yes, I double checked, private tracks are not there and the list is not fully up to date, they forgot at least 2 I know of and I think 1 closed now.
These tracks are not all hard pack. Some moto club have permanent bulldozers so are more regularly grooming it although it costs a fortune, and some are more sandy, not heavy sand like in Belgium or Holland but still some good sand like the Wick
Motoverte, the main French press, did a great job at compiling a top 10. Of course there are many other good tracks but this list can give you an idea about the ones that are pretty popular.
