It isn't that clean anymore either.......I guess I have some responsibility for cleaning since I helped make it messy.

Must have more pics!
I really like how this is laid out.

Matt, Can you walk behind the bikes along that right wall or possibly pull the middle bikes out without having to take out the back bikes? How do you chock the front tires to the wall?

Hey @dudley - one more thing - is that bar / peg system you have hanging on the left side anything special? Looks like it would be handy.

It's a rubbermaid organizer that I bought at Lowe's. They make various peg attachments. It has been really handy. Especially for hanging gear in between motos.

I bet its handy - I like it - this is the kind of stuff I'm looking for in this thread - thanks.
I built a bench high enough that the plastic crates slide under the bench. I can get 4 in there. That pretty much freed up all the floor space. I have folding Blingstar chocks. I did gray porch paint. Don't fall for the vinyl floor tile thing. Between moisture and fuel leaks spills you will be throwing your money away. There is also expansion and contraction from weather that willl make it hard for them to stay down. I have a 6 x 12 and if I had to do it over again I would go 7 x 14.

24ft toy hauler. Half garage, half living area. Garage is closed off by a walk through door. Diamond plate flooring, removable tire choks, storage cabinets/work bench, and all the amenities of home in the living area. Cool

Thanks for the info. i had the intention to do vinyl flooring, but you make a good point. I just want something that I can keep spotless (when cleaning up). The gritty textured paints are a turn-off because they're so hard to sweep - I'd just do a regular epoxy or related paint.

I'm definitely doing a 6x10 though for my first setup - I only have a need for 2 bikes max, 1 most of the time.

That's awesome but does it have to be that long? Could they mount the wheel up around the the back tire of the bike area?

I don't understand what prevents the entire assembly from flipping over in the first turn.
Unless you have a custom hitch connection, not a standard ball...
