Easy, I owned one of these in '92.

Sometimes price superseeds "ugly"......was a dang good running bike.

Wonder if Harry Bradwell still might have it.......sold it to him.

Sorry his dad is no longer with us. He was moto'in at age over 70....and fun dude he was.

OMG! that is one of the stupidest looking bikes ever. Makes me glad i took most the 90's off from riding for sure.

OMG! that is one of the stupidest looking bikes ever. Makes me glad i took most the 90's off from riding for sure.
They came with a yellow fender, number plates & radiator panels in Europe , once you got that shit off the fender and side panels it looked alright.

Still, it was one of the slowest pieces of junk I've ever raced.

I hated these...and always thought they were ugly.
However,I know some guys thought they were "trick", and prolly still do to this day. Smile

My father used to kick ass on one of these !

It was about 100 pounds lighter than the other bikes on...er...In the desert !

And the "Saches" in the first pic...Well I had one of those, and loved it.

I really liked my 92, it was a better trailbike than my 03 CR250. Better low-end, more controllable power, softer seat, softer suspension, etc.

When I got the bike there were no stickers on it, just the urban camo seatcover. Indeed, the seatcover was ugly. With a yellow frame and yellow/white plastic, it would have looked pretty good with a solid color on the seat.

I think it's a toss up between that 92 RM and that 83-ish Kawi ....those Kawi's were pretty dam ugly in their own respect but that trick cow/zebra print is simply amazing
