Just wanted to give a shout out to 3BR in Costa Mesa, Ca. I lived in Huntington Beach from 2004 - 2021. I retired and moved to Georgia. My wife and I took a rode trip out this week to visit our daughters and grandkids and also do a little riding. My 2012 KTM SXF 350 was running awful and I couldn't figured out why with the limited tools I had with me.
I took it to 3BR yesterday afternoon. One of the service managers (Gustavo) I think that what his name was. Immediately took it into the service bay and a technician fired it up. He said they would need to research it a little further and I would need to leave it over night. I told him I'm on vacation and really would love to get it fixed before we leave in a week. He said no problem will have it ready sometime tomorrow. He called me today around 11:30 and said it was ready to be picked up. It was a fuel injector.
Anyway, I thought it was fantastic that they took it in immediately and fixed it so quickly. They saved my vacation. Nice guys and great customer service.

When I lived in HB I bought all my KTM stuff from them. Told Eduardo i was moving to Temecula he said no problem I’ll ship you whatever your need just call. He also did internet price matching and free shipping! Don’t have a KTM anymore but if I did they’d be the 1st shop I’d call.
Yes, Gustavo has been there forever. Have dealt with him many times over the last 20 or so years. Awesome dealership to do business with for sure 👍
