Video pass working?

man I've been having the same issue for about three weeks now and am also in eastern canada. When I try to watch live, it just downloads forever but I can watch the playback as soon as it is uploaded. Tried contacting the superdupermotocross team and they told me to do a couple of things like clear cookies and cache. It didn't work and they told me they don't understand why and that was pretty much the end of it. A little annoying considering I paid 200 usd to watch the damn thing.

Let me know if you find a way to make it work.

First time issue for me as well. On my phone it just says the broadcast has ended. On AppleTV it says playback error. 
Western Canada here. 

Still nothing… anybody else able to watch the replay? I’ve tried a few different devices, logging in and out. Broadcast should have ended a few hours ago.

Yep same here in Australia. Broadcast finished over 4 hours ago, but says it’s not available.

Considering the extortionist price we pay for the international video pass, a premium service shouldn’t be too much to ask, or for the race to be loaded in a timely manner at the very least.

Yeah same boat here for me in aus as well . Been waiting all morning to watch the race and it’s just saying “broadcast ended”… no replay only Raceday live. 
 

Seven hours later, Sunday jobs are done and dusted, beer’s cold and waiting……I guess the next thing will be a media statement saying a rock took out the ‘load replay’ button…….

I emailed them 4 hours ago and they said it was "still processing... no ETA. Should be up in a few hours." Still nothing 8 hours after the race ended... Ended up watching on daily motion... What a waste of time and money.

I’ve deleted the app. Re applied the app. Closed the app logged out of the app all not worth a pinch of shit. Fuck I can watch the extended highlights though on yootoobs for free.

Fucking Trump and Biden can get fucked as this is there fault.

Yeah I'm in the same boat, I've just got back from the track so keen to watch the race and it's not there. 

The raceday live session is the last thing in the recently added and if you click on tune in for the actual race throws an error (as the session is finished). So annoying

Ill just watch highlights and move on, love this modern technology we have ha.

Have not worked for two weeks for me now. That is my tablet = using the App.

Using the browser it works fine. 

The service has worked flawlessly on my end for all of last year and so far this season. No bueno today though. Pretty fucking annoyed to be honest considering in the land of upside down we’re paying north of $300 a year for the service.

If I wanted to keep watching bodgy replays on Daily Motion I would have just saved my money.

Yep I'm with you dudes, just had to take the daughter to a dance recital, get home to watch supercross ..... no go :-) I'll only pay for motocross next year, on another site.
