Your using ranting in every e-moto thread as a replacement for something you are unhappy about in your life.
Not even close to every thread but if you say so. Maybe you are the one that needs help if you feel so offended by my opinions you need to try and say I have a problem.
Every time I do anything but nuthug the vitards obsessions they have a bitchfit and say there is something wrong with me. Sure...
You're delusional.
So, why do you hate e-bikes today?
Is it because you saw someone going too fast in the pits on one?
Is it because you're stopping child slavery?
Is it because the battery is too expensive?
Is it because the battery is too cheap?
Is it because you know more about business than the guys running Stark?
Is it because Stark isn't producing enough bikes?
Is it because Stark is producing too many bikes?
Is it because Stark has dealers selling bikes?
I can't keep up.....
Looks like this guy is having fun racing Supermoto with his Varg.
109 mph (175 km/h) top speed is pretty fast but also very taxing for the battery, he says he gets limited to 60 hp after 15-20 min. Still bagged a podium for his first race on the bike (12 min long amateur race with the tiniest dirt section).
Haven't heard anybody racing MX or SX reporting thermal limitation but for Supermoto that is apparently an issue. Charging schedule also gets critical with the limited range. It will be interesting to see how Stark can address this thermal limitation issue when they'll release the Varg Supermoto.
The Shop
Alibaba temporary listings for likely counterfit cells isn't really a solid indicator of cost. Poking around at more legit options I could find prices of $7ea in qty 1000+, one place was $10ea in qty 500+, most places wouldn't list a price though which made looking a PITA. Lower end P42As look to be around $4 in high qty counts. Given production numbers Stark wants to hit, they're buying in much larger volume but I doubt they're getting things down to $1 a cell?
This article isn't about Molicel, but other Chinese battery manufacturers are putting serious downward pricing pressure on lithium batteries right now.

Most consumer products have a x7 markup from the factory gate to the consumer, the price of cells you are looking at are typical of this practice, many hands taking their cut between the factory and the consumer.
Stark are buying 5,000,000 battery cells per year, direct from Molicel, at a price that would be under $1.
I run into mxaddict today, don’t stress about him.
Pretty amazing the clowns ridiculing and taking me to the mat for the last 6 months over this Stark BS and not a single one of them owns one. Pretty much all you need to know about their personalities.
I definitely own one, says a lot about your insight.
The fact you think I in anyway resemble that photo says even more about your’s.
1000% that is you.
I own one finally after a hell of a wait, but I'm wise enough to completely not give a shit about comments from negative people, and even give them a thumbs up sometimes because they come up with some funny shit sometimes.
I don't comment on pro ball sports threads in non-moto simply because ball sports suck after the bs they allowed over the past few years. I'll go watch my friends kids play on occasion, but the pros can go to hell.
My point is, if you don't like something, why waste time and energy on it if you don't have to?
This should be photo shopped to the max!
The fact you are so insecure you had to come back with ‘nuh uh, I don’t look like that, that’s not me’ and then actually post a picture of yourself is hilarious.
The fact that you continue to take every opportunity to try and put me down is pathetic. What is even more pathetic is you are justifying what is supposed to be a grown man's actions. Nothing to do with me being insecure and all about…
Honestly what’s most pathetic is you continue to come to a thread about a dirtbike you hate. Wouldn’t it make sense for you to not go in such a thread and just move on.
Pit Row
Because I get a laugh out of it 😂
Some people post on vital, because it is cheaper than the alternative...
True Spode

On the battery pack price drop, I pinged Stark Support asking if that was intentional/etc and got the following reply:
"All batteries, produced with the bike or purchased as a spare part, have 2 years of warranty from the date of activation. With that said, we dropped the price of an extra battery to make it more accessible for those who's warranty period has ended."
So the price drop isn't a mistake. No mention of a price drop on the bikes themselves though.
I guess you cant use the battery pack unless you have a bike (depending on how proprietary the battery pack electronics are) so from a business standpoint it makes sense to not drop the bike price, yet.
Weird wording since the warranty for first customers will expire in a year. I mean that's cool but probably more messaging than anything else right now.
The most interesting part will be to see the battery lifetime in the real world is up to the specced 500 cycles (about 400 h run time). Wait and see.
There will be a lot of variation in battery capacity between bikes after 500 cycles, it depends on charging and discharging rate
Some nice vid from US Hard Enduro series.
Their course preview guy, Max Gerston, switched to a Varg, the bike looks pretty good for Enduro and just look at that great scenery. Also looks like the bike will climb anything (with the right rider of course 😁)
It was is first time riding hard enduro with a Varg, he's using stock suspensions, 48 hp, 35% regen and used about 50% battery over 45 min.
You can head over to his channel for the full 30-40 min course previews, great fun!
Pretty amazing how all of these things are suddenly glamorous, exciting and meaningful because someone is doing it on a varg.
Well, you see, quite a few of us are far more than just MX Addicts.
A lot of us partake and are interested in many aspects of 2 wheeled sports - and , a Lot more other things in life.
