I have never understood why everyone promote riding like that? I just do not see the advantages. Everyone rides with their heels lower than the foot peg cannot be a advantage. Who started this stupid trend? Go back to riding on your arches. Career ender for Tomac.

Go to sleep troll.
I don't think he made a mistake. Looked like a pitcher rupturing a bicep tendon on a pitch they have done a thousand times before. The G-forces in that transition didn't help any though.
If anything, I think it probably had more to do with him going for the win - which is heroic.
UMM, How many Championships you have?
The Shop
Bet he wishes he didnt have astars remove the rubber bumpers from the front of the boots.
If I may Sir....he got fukol championships...and how many damn new threads do we need to cover the same bullshit?
Hinge Lockout
Hinge lockout stops motion before hyperextension, supports forward and back movement, and gives lateral support around the ankle
Could be it had nothing to do with the moment it happened. Maybe lap before or heat race or day qualifying or last week he had a hard landing that set n motion what happened in the main.
because it didn’t look like a big deal , seen guys upslope stuff a lot harder
Bob Hannah relayed it verbally in MXA 1977. I immediately went out on my Suzuki TS-100 (with rubber foot pegs, mind you) and put all 11 HP to the task.
I'd bet you never understood much of anything.
Career ender? Please. Kobe and Klay Thompson both tore their Achilles and made full comebacks. He’ll be back.
Ya I don't think so. This was already looking like it would likely be his last year.
If achilles injuries happened regularly you might be able to make a point, but they don’t, so you can’t.
