So , my freind just bought a New Gas Gas MC 350 , it has minimal smoke at idle,
But as soon as he turns the throttle, wow cloud of blue smoke . Every throttle hit.
When he brought it back to The dealer they just were hush hush and did a 1 hr service, charged 500 dollars for an oil change, but say nothing on this cloud situation,
Question, do these bikes come with engine oil in the crate, lr does the dealer put the engine the engine oil in.mayve they warmed it up no oil.
I say its any of these possible things,
#1 Non installed valve guide seals in assembly maybe it was Monday in Austria .
#2 Bad nikasil cylinder .
#3 no kr wrong oil rings went onto the piston etc,
# 4 Bad computer , for fuel related, but jt seems like oil smoke,
#5 is single o ring in oil galley after oil pump,thru head.
#6 bad fuel injector
This is a brand new gas gas mc 350,from a week ago.
It went to palmdales , ca LACR and everyone saw it a huge blue cloud
I see nothing on Google search.

Air filter possibly over saturated with oil? I've seen many new 4 strokes, including a low hour yz250f I had, blow blue smoke when the engine was cold.
Such a Great Analogy, I did not even think of, I'll get back to you on this.
My 22 yz250f does this for the first 2 or 3 good whacks of throttle after start up when its warmed up.
I cracked it up to backwards head tech.
I think all bikes come oiled and ready to fire minus gas.
The Shop
This is my freinds bike and he says , Ok, so, it appears to be that some of or all, the oil rings on the piston if this is possible were installed upside down, I can't confirm but gas gas and the dealer getting to the bottom of it as they should . The thing smoked like an Oldsmobile with a blown motor, and would Not clear up.

Xoxo this ended up being an in house backed by Gas Gas issue, the dealer took it apart, fixed it, and we do not know what they actually had as an issue, they do say it was an oil ring on the piston situation, but to me either the oil rings are in or they're not,
We may never know,, but it's good the factory got it handled, it was allt,of phone calls .
I don think I like this industry anymore, to be honest.
