Hey guys,
My buddy has a Stark and just after he got it, he stopped being able to connect his phone to the bike. It shows available after signing into the email that he bought the bike with, but it doesn't connect. Now he can't change power or regen settings and has no idea what the battery SOC is.
Anyone have any ideas on how to get it to connect?
We have tried:
Restarting the phone, turning the bike all the way off, disconnecting VCU, disconnecting vehicle HV battery.
Still stumped. Hopefully someone else has experienced, and solved, this problem. Thanks!
He needs to contact Stark.
We reached out, but no response. They asked for the VIN but radio silence since.
If it doesn't connect, keep contacting Stark, it's their issue to solve.
