Too bad they won’t back up their garbage zippers that fail over and over again. Doing a little research it seems to be a problem with the bags. Out of the 2 year warranty, was told to pound sand basically. I have bags from Deuter and Klim that are 15 years old and zero issues. No offer for a discount or anything. I just ordered a new bag from them 2 weeks ago as well. 3 new bags in 3 years. Might just send the bag back now and buy a Kreiga.
USWE admitting to me the zippers on my bag were junk😂🤦♂️
He should have just offered me a discount in the first place and tried to keep a repeat customer happy.
