Interesting that RV said in one of the videos from the event that he holeshoted on a stock bike with a pipe.

So either the engine were never built or they went back to a stocker.

The cylinder had a pro circuit sticker on it that you get after you get motor work maybe he meant it was just a 250 compared to the 300s and 500s he was racing

Nah, it did not sound that he ment stock bore. And with the bike probably being built at PC where he keeps his bikes they could have just put a sticker on it for PR.

The biggest surprise in all this to me is RV's lack of competitiveness honestly. He openly admitted to swap he didn't have two 20's in him at all. IDK that I'll ever get used to guys that dominated like RV and RC just have completely different attitudes now about racing. I mean I'm not knocking them, they've earned it but as a fan seeing that drive and dominance for so long its hard to flip that switch and see these dudes as "people" now that just ride for fun every once in a while.

It’s good to let go. These dudes have always been “people”.

Let that be a indicator how far you can get with work ethic and determination.

Guys like RV and RC maybe not was the most talanted and had to work harder for their results. And when they stoped racing they lost the speed pretty fast.

Then we have the Windham and Pastrana guys that seem to be able to just swing a leg over a bike and run as fast as they always did. Remember Windham at moto fight club?

Okay he lacked some fitness but he was mindblowing fast.

We have seen RV getting beat at the 125 dream race, straight rythm and other play races. But i’d rather see him be out there and get beat with a smile than the miserable RV that won titles and looked like he hated his whole life.

He's won of the biggest stages in the world. Sx championships going down to the final round. Motocross championships going down to the final round. He crushed the world on a 250f. It doesn't surprise me at all he's not bothered by losing some one off 2-stroke race.

Damn straight 👍

I'm both impressed and happy that previously hyper competitive dudes like RV are able to switch off and race for fun now. Wish them all the enjoyment there is.

Any word who won his bike?  There was supposed to be a drawing on the 22nd I believe.

https://www.fasthouse.com/collections/rv-yz-giveaway

Did anyone win this here on Vital?  It got super quiet regarding it?

It's the latest post on the Fasthouse IG. RV called the winner 4 days ago.

Cool.  I take it, they (the winner) aren't on Vital?  Would be cool to hear from them.

Thanks
