easiest way to end the protest is to arrest them, make them actually have to be responsible for their actions. Expel them from school and anyone with a student visa gets sent back to where they are from. Stop letting these kids get away with this. Time to take this country back.

sorry but it's their right to be able to protest.  Why are you trying to violate the first amendment?

It's not their 1st amendment right to camp out on campus property and intimidate fellow students. Please reread the 1st amendment and you will see that the Government is not taking away their 1st amendment right. And those on a student visa are not protected by our Constitution.

No, you can't arrest them but I'd be happy to use our tax payers money to fly them to Gaza to help the struggle.

I totally agree, but they can be arrested,  the 1st amendment give protection to be able to peacefully assemble, it doesn't say you car harass and intimidate, and the University has the right to make them leave the area and expel them and have them arrested if they don't.  Protesters seem to think all their antics are protected. If you want to protest at a county court house you have to have a permit. And if it becomes violent or intimidating you will be asked to leave or be arrested. I'm so tired of these people protesting when they ignore facts and truths and don't realize they are so.eones pawn. But yes I agree send them to Gaza

Vandalizing, setting up a permanent encampment, taking over a building, spouting anti-Semitic remarks, flying the Hezbollah flag, and not allowing students to attend class in peace is not exactly all covered under the 1A and really loses any credibility you thought you had. These are not legitimate forms of protest. They are so misinformed it’s insane.

I was on a college campus yesterday, not a protest in sight. It's not a coincidence most of these are happening at the most expensive colleges and not state schools where kids are going because they want to do something with their lives like be a teacher, nurse, scientist, or engineer.

My daughter is at the University of Texas, very much a state school and at one point the focus of the media's attention. I've asked her about the protests and she has no idea, too busy preparing for final projects and exams. She is part of the 99.9% of the students that aren't protesting anything and are just trying to get their work done.

sorry but it's their right to be able to protest.  Why are you trying to violate the first amendment?

Is it also their right to barricade themselves inside the buildings on campus? Spray paint up and, down the hallways?

Destruction of property has what to do with the 1st amendment exactly?

I can't imagine the arrogance of rich, entitled, white kids who are able to sleep snugly in the absolutely safe and protected beds every night judging how a people and country who have faced extinction, slavery, and genocide their entire existence prosecutes a war. Nobody wants hospitals, civilians, or children sacrificed in war, but that is exactly what has always happened when you are attacked in any of the modern wars fought. Strike that, most any war has involved civilians since the beginning of time, even Tamurlane killed millions. These judgmental assholes who are protesting Israel killing civilians are the same people who probably protest to preserve the right to kill the unborn, and to take away your right to protect yourself with a firearm,

In addition to the other bullshit surrounding these ignorant little twits, I find no small amount of irony in the fact that many of these folks have preferences and lifestyles that would get them murdered in about 3.2 seconds if they actually went to the places they’re protesting for…

Reminds me of the couple that went to the Middle East (can’t remember exactly where…Afghanistan?) to show that the idea of radical murderers over there was made-up propaganda…and got beheaded…

A political statement more than anything else.

Due mainly to biden not saying jack shit about any of this, until a couple of days ago via a canned, teleprompter speech <pause>.

Insane how any of this has been able to happen without a major shutdown by law enforcement, and full prosecution in the court system.

But then again, that entire system has been weaponized for political gains, while real crimes are ignored, and real criminals shoved out the door, if even arrested at all.
