This latest Jack Smith filing is a joke. All it talks about is things that Trump said (a lot of it third-person accounts). Denying election results is not a crime. In fact the right to do so is part of Democracy. The whole filing is "can you believe he said that" kind of thing that in no way rises to crime. Seems like basic First Amendment protections would apply here. Smith is a hack and this filing is purely political.

It's not just about denying results. He tried to stop the peaceful transfer of power.  And he was actually successful in doing just that, for a few hours. We all saw it happen in real time.

He veered of the scripted manifesto, and that's what he came up with.

Did I miss the part where he was forcefully removed from the Whitehouse on Jan 20th 2021?  Please show us where he refused to leave office and had to be forced out?

Bottom line…when it came time for the transition of power, he did so peacefully, just like every president before him.

Any candidate has from Nov 5th to Jan 19th to piss and moan, call for recounts, whatever…as long as the peaceful transition of power happens on Jan 20th, then I’ll take no issue.

Christopher Steele, Michael Cohen, Mueller, Fani Willis, Jack Smith-- how many millions have been spent on hired goons that still can't get Trump? 😄 The guy is truly a phenomenon.

Why don't they just try to beat him in a fair with integrity election? If he is as bad as they say it should not be that hard?

Again, really shows your stupidity to believe he peacefully left office. Only after calling local election officials to find him the votes needed to win. Only after refusing to ever concede and urge America to unite around the election winner. Only after cooking up a fake elector scheme to steal the election via the electoral college. Only after sending a mob to the Capitol to delay the certification of the votes in a last gasp to throw the country into disarray so he could stay in power like a dictator.

Thankfully, multiple Republicans in his inner circle had the courage to go against him. And because of them, after he had exhausted all violent and illegal options, he left office. Still refusing to concede of course. Still refusing to urge the country to unite behind Biden and accept his election loss. Hundreds of Republican witnesses hand picked by Trump himself have testified under oath all of the terrible shit he tried to do. To even try to say he left office peacefully is seriously some of the dumbest shit I’ve ever read. You should read the recently released indictment and get back to me.

So in another thread that I couldn't find, you mentioned laying off Dave.

I will agree with that only after he apologizes publicly, or agrees he slandered me.

On many occasions he referred to me as a racist that can cause harm on media searches.

This was after I proved that we helped raise a black child who is now an up and coming Marine.

He continually referred to me as Q. I feel again that potentially cold be harmful.

But none of it really matters because he is lower than a snake belly, and the only way I gain respect for him is he pays me $500,000, or we go toe to toe.

That cock sucker can say I'm sorry all he wants, it ain't working.

I haven't fought anyone in 30 years, but I wouldn't mind changing that.

Fuck that cock sucking motherfucker. Tell him I said so.

Dave, Again, how can you say he didn’t peacefully leave office, when he LITERALLY peacefully left office on the day/time he was supposed to?  He peacefully walked out of the White House on Jan 20th…

Did Gore not peacefully leave office because of all the Florida nonsense and recounts when he didn’t accept the election night results?

They don't care because as they've shown us a million times, it's Trump first, America second.

The fact of the matter is Trump found out he was getting fired so he got all his friends to try and stop him from getting fired and when they broke into the office and caused chaos – instead of doing anything to call it off – he sat and watch it all unfold on TV. It's behavior that wouldn't be fitting of someone getting fired from Subway let alone someone claiming they should be president.

That already happened in 2020, and will happen again in a few weeks.

Then what happens? He throws Vance under the bus to blame him for the loss before he fucks off to Venezuela or Hungary to avoid jail time?

According to prosecutors, Trump also showed his “desperate conduct as a candidate rather than a President” when rioters stormed the Capitol, forcing Pence to be moved to a secure location.

An unnamed White House aide, according to the filing, ran to Trump when he received a phone call that Pence had been taken to a secure location “in hopes that [Trump] would take action to ensure Pence’s safety.”

Trump, however, according to prosecutors, looked at the aide and simply replied, “So what?”

I encourage everyone to read the full indictment. Over 200 witnesses, most of them Republicans and hand picked by the defendant himself to be in his inner circle, have testified under oath to multiple grand juries about what transpired. It’s truly alarming stuff.
