Hey guys,

Was hoping someone on here may have a link or be able to help me find the live timing for Dortmund SX. I believe practice would be underway.

Cheers

Watching it live now, always a good event and worth watching IMO. They just showed the past winners, surprised JT$ never won this race, I thought he for sure won it

Oh I see Hicks took superpole ahead of Aranda, this is getting interesting.

Hicks won the 450 and BRay got 2nd in the 250, AX boys are kicking ass!

Yep, Hicks dominated, nothing Aranda could do, he even lost second to Tixier in the last part of the race.

That track looks like fun. The dirt was way better back when they limed it before they got stupid..

Hicks is a stud indoors. I hope he can stay healthy and show his speed in Supercross after arenacross is over. Since he has been living in CA it seems like more media outlets are catching on.

Nice way to warm up for A1

After racing in Germany for 8 years, i can understand Tommy Deitenbach far more than i expected, he used to do all our races too.

Track was a lot tighter than normal, but it seemed like you can pass at least .

French podium tonight with Desprey, Aranda and Soubeyras.

Hicks 4th, Deano 6th.

Going into Sunday, Hicks is leading King of Dortmund standings for 1 point ahead of Aranda.

Indeed, interesting track but not one lined and it brings us great racing.

Note: Does Anyone have info on Jules Pietre? Does he return from injury because he didn't rode allot in the SX Tour and was by the way also not as impressive, once a fourth place in the last race of the season at the SX Tour, but it is something else he's showing this weekend. In 2022 he was racing Juniors against Mathis Valin.

Jules Pietre won SX tour junior championship in 2023, for 2024 he switched to SX2 where he ended up 12th despite a few zeroes, that was a solid start.

He's getting better all the time but also ADAC is not at the same level than SX tour. Especially in SX2, Desprey and Lefrançois switched to SX1 for Germany, I think only few riders from SX2 France top10 are racing ADAC SX2 (Fontvieille, Maylin, Lamarque, Boisrame). But yeah, Pietre leading the standings for Prince of Dortmund (and 4th in ADAC SX2) is a sign he keeps growing fast.

Aranda won Sunday triple crown (1-2-1)

It was essential to stay ahead of Hicks, Greg is King of Dortmund!

Hicks had great 3 days in Germany, ending up with 2 podiums on Sunday to ensure a solid 2nd place in the standings in front of Soubeyras and Escoffier (both equal on points).

Dean Wilson had a disappointing weekend in 7th behind 5 French riders and Hicks, not sure what happened, he'll probably vlog about it.

Jules Pietre is Prince of Dortmund, that will give him a good boost in confidence.

Thats the most unique sx track Ive seen in a very long time. Theres flowy sections where the jumps dont just end right back at the flat but flow into the corners and other jumps, I saw a lip after a table top to land on, a massive double, a big hill… all kinds of stuff. Watching the production was pretty interesting too. It wasnt just copying ama sx, they were completely doing their own thing. Pretty cool to see something so unique.

They have always done their own thing over there really, i know the guys who do the comms, they work hard on making it good in the building , and film what they do, most of that was done with remote cams, i felt they were too close to the  track in places, i prefer the long shots as it gives you more to talk about on the broadcast, but it was great for a free YouTube Stream.

The track is in a really small area, they do well to try and make it race well.
