Kawi got hacked or has a bold new marketing approach 😂. Honestly though, I’ve run a social media marketing company for 10 years and this stuff is so easy to prevent it’s wild it happens to accounts this large.
They (Kawasaki) got it back already. I assume they paid the ransom.
The Shop
I’ve seen smaller brands or influencers struggle to recover their accounts after similar incidents, but the verified ones definitely seem to have faster support from platforms like Instagram.
The biggest question is were they hacked before they released the two stroke clip? 🤔
The thread is from 2021, so I’m going to say the 2-stroke is safe.
If so they better get cranking on a new 2 stroke or the 2 stroke posse will come out in force!
And that's (Mustafa) Kemal 'Ataturk' ; 1st President of modern Turkey.
One of the blokes that stopped Us / the Kiwis, Brits and French on the Gallipoli peninsula in WW1.
A hell of a leader, that lead Turkey into the modern World, and took on Secular policies instead of remaining under the absolute influence of Religion / the Sultanate. And, though no Angel, being a career Military man, serving in the Ottoman Army in many places in the then vast Ottoman Empire, he was not (it is said) involved in the evil genocides against the Greek, Armenian and Assyrian populace of the Ottoman Empire during and after WW1.
He was an impressive man - I've studied him for many years, and have got to Turkey / Turkiye a few times. That they allow us to 'invade' the Peninsula each year around Anzac Day, I find incredible - though, in my talking to many Turks, they find it quite funny / strange / weird for a people to celebrate a defeat, so I think that's why they put up with it all. Though, under Erdogan, I fear Turkiye is falling back towards religious and authoritarian rule. That bloke is a pathetic 'strongman' compared to Ataturk.
Well, enough of my Historical bent..........
We (Texans) are very proud of the Alamo, however it was an absolute massacre for us. It did however set the stage for the battle of San Jacinto which ended the Texas Revolution and led to the independence of Texas from Mexico. Maybe there are some similar story lines there, I am very naïve to the history of the Gallipoli peninsula.
How do you dig up an old thread like this? lol
Whoops missed that one 😂
