1/28/2018 3:09pm RM has hose clamp kits that work good. Im not sure how you can upgrade hose clamps though. Hardware store ones are exactly the same as a OEM one.

1/27/2018 6:08pm My first guess would be clutch springs. You might have worn plates though too. Take em out and measure the thickness to see if theyre in spec. Also look for notches in the basket.
