Its not complicated. Cutting the track isn't legal. Deegandashian got penalized. Thats not rocket science. He did it blatently for 6-7 laps desperate to get a social media video of him passing Jett even if it only lasted for a turn or two it was worth it to them to pretend they are "Rivals".. When dngr is practicing he is not having to keep pace with Jett. It looked like dngr gassed out trying to run that pace which led to a couple tip overs. He will eventually be comfortable running that pace.
