Webb is a great SX rider, no doubt. But MX.. with the current riders outdoors a top 5 finish would be a miracle. He'll be 7-12 most weekends like last year. I'm actually kinda surprised he rides outdoors, I somehow thought he was already SX only this year, thought I read it somehwere earlier this year, guess I was looking wrong. I wouldn't blame him, that's for sure.

I doubt it. He’s admitted that he struggles outdoors, at least compared to SX and I think he’s conceded that he basically has no chance at a 450 MX title. And the fact that’s he’s eyeing up a SX only deal tells me his heart just won’t be in it this summer. Honestly I’ll be surprised if he races all 11.

He would have to injure them or break their bikes. Just putting them on the ground and they finish 10th won't do it unless he gets both of them in both races.

Both off. If Ken wins Denver and Hunter gets 2nd, then Ken would win the title with 4th or better in SLC. 1st (25 points) - 4th (18 points) = 7 points, which would tie on points with Ken winning 6 rounds to Hunter's 5. I was a mathlete.

About time, stoked for him! Hopefully he keeps it clean and finishes these last 2 rounds with no issues. I hope/wouldn't be surprised if he's on the podium at some point this outdoor season.

I agree with you. It's a very armchair/amateur thought maybe but had it in my mind many times... Deegan is one of the smaller riders and he is on one of the fastest 250s (probably the fastest). Power/Weight ratio is really good... it won't be the same advantage in 450s...

I have spent my entire life trying to explain to folks i know that top tier moto is an elite sport and not monster trucks or “entertainment”. Deegan is taking us back a couple decades for his own monetary gain. Pretty American of him I suppose.
