If we want flaggers to tend to the rider, who's going to wave the yellow flag? On longer tracks, we probably need multiple medical teams, so they can get to any part of the track more quickly. Maybe more than 2.

Nonsense. RV won fair and square on a track that new to all the riders. If anything it showed that when the playing field was even, RV was just as fast as anyone, if not faster. RV wasn't that far off and would have been a title contender by the end of the season had he put some effort into it.
