Buy it from different sources, in different colours if needs be, then get your local annodiser to strip the old finish off and annodise the bits whatever colour you want.

I've never used any kind of driver or press to get crank bearings in or out. If you turn the cases upside down and heat them up, then the bearings should drop out. Ew, Venhill cables. I found a local company that builds HVAC equipment that is happy to build ours for us. I've always had a fitment issue with at least one cable on any order I've placed with Venhill, and their customer service is really awful. I cannot put in to words how awful Venhill's customer service is.

It is possible to hard annodise the shock body and gas chamber to save them, but that's only if they aren't scored. To be honest the cost of rebuilding the stock shock, hard annodising, seal head, bearings, spring, etc.. is pretty much the same as buying a YSS shock, as I believe they are available for the 125 as well...
