About Me
I'm 36 years old and i live in Belgium. I started racing mx at the age of 9. I never was a very good rider but i had fun, and that is all that matters. After i graduated from school i had to go to the army (still obligated back then) and ofcourse i blew all my money there. So i had to stop riding dirtbikes.
A few years later i got back on a bike although i switched from dirtbikes to superbikes. I had a lot of fun. Mostly i rode on public roads but sometimes i went on the circuit as well, but racing on a circuit is very expensive so i did not do that so often.
I got married and had 2 sons. I decided to stop riding those superbikes because it simply became to dangerous. Traffic got heavier and heavier and fines for speeding became to high so i sold my superbike.
But i just could not live without a bike. I tried, but i could't lol. Then, at the age of 35 i bought myself a dirtbike and started riding that again. I have not rode one for over 15 years and i just could not believe how much fun it is. Took me a while to get back used to it but i'm back on track. I probably am not as fast i used to be when i was 18 but who cares ? I still am having fun and that is all that matters to me. I'm 42 now and i still ride. Maybe not as much as i used to or as i would like to, but that is mainly because most of my friends stopped. My youngest son in 11 now and i just bought him a CR85. His previous bike was a KX65. Hopefully next year we will ride together at some of the local tracks here .
