BREAKING: The United States Heritage Air Force Squadron has just announced plans to resurrect a Convair B-36 from the Boneyard and restore it to full flying condition The legendary "Peacemaker" will take to the skies once again as part of America’s 250th anniversary celebration, culminating in a massive airshow this September at Brookley Air Force Base, Alabama. Seriously hoping this isn't an April fool's post on the aviation site.

I’m kinda surprised that only 5 cars fell out of the running (23%). When you look at the results, so far, and the way things look like they’re going…we have to ask… “What did the ‘massive’ rule/car change accomplish?” As for those saying they sound terrible… I’m in absolute agreement & I have the fix: V8-V10 and scrap the hybrid bs. This is RACING. This is supposed to the highest level of auto racing on Earth. I’m jus’ sayin’…

That Convair wing…I think they built the Hustler, too? That wing in the pic reminds me of the B58 Hustler…the same Delta with a slight roll off at the aft-outer-edge that is a design std nowadays.

For me, the right to vote should ONLY be extended to citizens of this country. It seems so simple, yet I think there are lots of people who disagree. Requiring proof of citizenship seems like the bare minimum. Requiring that voters are citizens should not be controversial. The very reason for a democratic republic is so that the citizens of said republic get to choose their governance. If we allow other countries to vote in our elections, it is a corruption of national sovereignty.

I did notice, and enjoyed every minute. Also, there was a cool low camera angle, catching the cars, from behind, going over the rise on the main straight, heading into turn one, that had the helicopter lurking ominously in the background.

Don’t know if anyone noticed or if they’ve done this before…? But, the 25 minutes of P1 with NO ANNOUNCING was… AWESOME. Just the in-car and on-track sound. AWESOME They came back from a commercial break to a replay of Lawson and then went live with 52:02 in the clock…NOT ONE WORD FROM THE BOOTH OR ANYONE ‘til 26:46 on the clock…all of a sudden the clock snaps to 26:42 (a 4 second snap) and then they’re doing their usual Blah, Blah, Blah… It was 25 minutes of bliss. 😂
