I have been riding since I was 4 years old. I remember riding a dirt bike before i even took the training wheels off my bicycle. I started on a mini bike with a lawnmower engine my pops built. Rode the heck out of that. When I turned 8 my parents bought me my first real dirt bike which was a YZ80. One month after learning to switch gears and using the power band my father threw me in local races. Then I out grew my 80 and had to go to a 125cc. After my 6th race I started winning all the local races at the age of 15. Went on to race for another 4 years and turned pro at 19. Low Pro but was able to ride with some fast guys. I wrote to Fox, Bell and Oakley and was given a privateer style sponsorship. Basically just was getting things at cost.I rode with some of the best out there though which was a great experience. Jeremy McGrath, Jeff Emig, Steve Lampson and the list goes on. No where near as fast as those guy on the circuit but locally I would dominate. I raced all the way until I turned 35. I promised myself that if i could walk still that I would hang up racing and just play ride. Now I just have fun on bikes. Had a nice 125cc Chinese pit bike that I raced mini Supermoto which was fun. Then the pit bike scene faded but now its back it's time to throw a leg over a YCF Daytona 190cc and rip it up again...hahahah Happy riding all!
