Davi Millsaps grabbed the holeshot, but Ken Roczen was well-place at the start...something he's been missing so far this season. Roczen moved into the lead before the end of lap one.

250 Heat 1

Series points leader, Ryan Dungey, had a rough start, and was eighth by the end of the first lap. He picked up position a lap, and was third by lap six. It was lap 16 before he got by Eli Tomac, but he finished in second spot.

250 Heat 2

Eli Tomac looks like he's settling into his Monster Energy Kawasaki ride, and scored his first podium of the year in Phoenix.

Jason Anderson ended up fourth after charging through a pack that included Justin Brayton, Cole Seely, Marvin Musquin, Chad Reed, and Davi Millsaps.

Knocking down his first win of the season is big for Ken Roczen.

250 LCQ

Ken Roczen (1st), Ryan Dungey (2nd), and Eli Tomac (3rd) made up the 450 podium. Roczen trimmed Dungey's points lead back to 21.

450 Semi 1

5. Nicholas Schmidt

In the 250 class, Jimmy DeCotis made it another holeshot for the GEICO Honda gang. For company he had his teammate, Christian Craig; as well as Chris Alldredge, and Mitchell Oldenburg.Cooper Webb was deep in the pack on the start.

450 Semi 2

3. Jacob Weimer
4. Tommy Hahn
5. Phil Nicoletti

By lap six, the race everyone was looking for arrived, with Cooper Webb reeling in Christian Craig. They battled for a bit (including bouncing off each other in the air), until Cooper lost the front end in a corner. That dropped him back a bit, and gave Christian some breathing room.

3. Cade Clason
4. Bryce Stewart

Joey Savatgy worked his way from sixth at the end of lap one, to third. He and Cooper Webb are now tied on points, and will both have red plates next weekend in San Diego.

Christian Craig's first Supercross win was a huge one for him. A year ago he was a retired racer working on a construction gig. The return to racing is looking like a good idea.

Even though Roczen won in the 450 class, I wonder if Suzuki Japan cares that they only had one guy riding their brand in the 250 Main??
