profile login not sending a cookie..

IE9, Win7 64bit.

the site just started doing this to me about a week'ish ago. Every single time I come to the site, I have to login. Remember me is checked when I login in. No cookie is being created.

anyone else having this problem?

(side note, on my work computer, WinXP pro, ie8. same problem)
