This photo by Tony Blazier was my inspiration for this restore. I did black out areas of the discs and hubs. Cerakoted the lower fork axle holders. Cerakoted the upper sliders. Re-used the aftermarket chain lower guide and painted it. New UFO plastics but restored the tank. New Yamaha top end. Changed a few seals. New cables and grips. Excel rims.

Fortunately when I purchased the bike they were part of the stock items included. Just like the kickstand and the stock pipe. I have no idea how hard those are to locate.
