AJ I believe you know ED H. from Connecticut ? I’ve done some business (trick parts) with him in the past & he spoke highly about your work. I ended up going with a local fabricator to do an AF 500 a few yrs. back.
Great work BTW on the builds..

So here are more recent new 500AF builds.

Very nice work AJ, what would it cost to build up an engine? Those cylinders must be close to NLA!😯 keep up the great work👌👍

I've made roughly 6,000 of them new.

Just to clarify, its the same 500AF, with different plastics.
It was built like my 2015 that was on MXAs cover a couple years ago.,same yellow tail and graphics from decal works.

A new 2017 CRF250R chassis, and a brand new CR500 engine assembled from new Honda parts, and my own billet parts (where Honda wasnt available)

It's for a customer so had some added things like a Rekluse clutch.
I'm sorry but for 20 years, you have produced 300 500 AF's? Per year? If not, 6000 of what?

Btw, would really like to see the frame welding.

I have. They made 300 of these bikes per year? Really? I've seen a couple around Texas, it's a big place. Most of

those recently. So, I'll ask again 300 per year? Roughly-one per day(roughly)(for argument sake). Anyone

have proof of this? This guy owes me nothing. With 6000 out there and their seeming value, where are they? Service

Honda must have been a dynamic, economic power house.....yet shut down?

Oem parts availability from Honda was the biggest factor in that. You can't build with parts that are NLA.
