I did a frame up rebuild on both of these bikes. The 220 I finished in 2017 and I finished the 200 earlier this year.
The 220 I had the frame powdercoated and replaced all the grommets, bearings and seals on the chassis. New top end with Wiseco piston and a replate by Millennium. I also sent the head to RB Designs for the head mod and got one of his modified carburetors. I did a KX500 fork swap and added the FMF pipe and silencer. Also new OEM plastics among other new parts.
The 200 got the exact same treatment and mods except the motor was fully rebuilt with all new OEM bearings, gaskets, seals and crank since the crank seals were bad. It also got a fork swap except I used 01 KX250 forks.
