My 99 125 that was bought blown up. Needed a case welded, new plating, head machined. I just ground up rebuilt everything. Swingarm and linkages were ordinary to say the least. Forks had corroded! so they went in the bin but I planned on putting my 450 front end on. Punch marked the kick-start knuckle and rear brake lever bolt to close up the clearance which has worked but for how long haha. Pretty happy with the whole build as it was a lot of learning ( first bottom end, shock rebuild). Had quite a bit of advice off the fellow Vitard and it all provided a smoother build. Cheers Fellas.
Didn't really care to polish much. Cared more so for internals and weight saving. Also going stealth with just white numbers on side panels and black background on front plate.
Has 139 topend kit from MaxRpm.
Machined down sparkplug seat on head
Hybrid ceramic mains.
ISF box
Cr450 15 front end- saved 1.3kg, soon to be xtrig Rocs 22mm offset clamps off my 450
Yz Ti spring
Yz Ti pegs
bored to 37.5mm keihin pj
Radvalve
Case matched and flowed cases
Drilled clutch basket and hub
05+ crank
Modified PV governor
Various Ti bolts
FMF fatty and unknown brand silencer
Planning on running it at 32-1 on Leaded and I will continue to play with things and grab a vortex CDI soon enough

If I was to do it again I'd get a long rod after much reading 125's want 110mm+
I'd you ever get the time lookup kiwibiker forum and the bucket racing section... You'll learn everything possible as far as two strokes got to development wise. Only like a 1000 pages to read but trust me if you're into tuning them.
