Honda cr 500

Does anyone have any info on how to or if i can get a 500cc engine into a 2002 cr250 frame.

If you’re talking CR500 engine, there’s conversion kits available but you’ll have to do some fab work and engineering. Most of the info is out there between here and a couple other boards.

Oh, and a couple folks will probably be along to tell you who NOT to use-or you could check in some of the other forums on here, say, near the bottom of the forum list...

Run the steel frame with modern forks on it. Aluminum conversion vibrates like crap

Thats a good chassis to convert. Doesnt really do anything bad. My favorite aluminum honda frame for a swap.
Not much is needed, compared to others to get it all right.
The lower mount is right already. You need to move the wye up and make new front mounts.
The front silencer mount needs to go back a hair. No changes to airbox, although you should look into a beefier flange for the boot. Those leak.

just make a proper headstay and vibrations won't be an issue.
