Anyone know where I might buy the blue seat cover that comes with the new 450sxf - factory edition?

in theory it should be available as a replacement part through ktm dealers , but i remember the graphics on last years factory edition wasn't available without proof of ownership of said model , only time will tell most dealers wont have an updated parts list of the model at this stage anyway

I see a replacement seat cover for the 2014 listed on cheapparts but cannot confirm the color. I think the blue and orange is so sweet.

On my rm I used a seat cover off a yamaha to get the right color I wanted. A blue cover would look sweet on the new KTM, on my rmz450 I had the blue and orange together and it looked sweet

I know the one you want, i bet one of those above seats would still look good, but not as good as the factory seat, its a real dark blue, sometimes almost looks black.

I emailed SDV to see if they have it. I will update once I hear back. That is such a trick look almong with the Red Bull graphics.

N style offers replica ktm graphics without the red bull in them. The seat cover obviosly is a factory ktm but the color is close to the 13.5 bike.

Bartzokas the yamaha cover fits the ktm ? Does yr matter?
Honestly I dont know what year. I messaged Lime nine to see if he knew but didn't get a response. I bought two seat covers this year and both fit different. I had to do a bunch of pulling and cutting on both. Im sure a current YZ would fit and you would have to do the same.

I was blown away to find out how little knowledge the seat cover companies had on there products. I called almost every company to ask about what size staples to use and couldn't get a proper response, it was weird!

I like it except for the airbox and the stupid and ridiculous rim decals. And black backgrounds on a 450 is just wrong.

Cant wait for spring and put these new bad boys on.

I think I might have to go the Yamaha seat cover route also. Been trying to find one to match up with my 2013 Factory Edition red bull plastics set I am going to put on. Want to get the same cover that comes on the 14 FE bikes though

TractionMx can make any kind of seat cover you want, along with designs. If you can imagine it, he can make it. A solid color would be no issue for that guy

You can get it from your local KTM dealer. The part number for the whole blue seat is 77707040100 and runs for $175, and is available mid-July. I want to say that just the cover alone is available in the Power Parts book, I'm not at the shop right now so I can't check. I thiiiink retail is probably $60.

The black seat cover that has the vinyl in the high wear section where the knee braces rub I know is $60 and is currently available. The part number for that is 77707940050, that's the seat cover I run and I love it. Super grippy, lasts me a whole season and the standard seat covers I usually go through in about 2-3 months from busting holes in the them from knee braces. Also if you're running Asterisk's pick up a set of their gear guards which will also help improve the lifespans of your graphics and seat covers.

Blue seat cover came with the 2014 graphics I purchased from N-Style. I would just call N-Style and ask if you can buy the seat cover only. They are usually pretty good to work with, and always do me right.
