Casting your own aluminum is pretty damn impressive. (I'm a telephone system guy, so I'm very impressed) Is casting your own parts with solid integrity that can withstand the punishment of motocross hard to do?

Thanks! This is my second AF build. The first one was extensively tested and exceeded my expectations. This casting uses a self hardening 713 alloy that will take loads of punishment! I'm very happy with the outcome on this one, if my house wasn't covered in show at the moment I'd probably be riding it!

This looks really nice. Too bad I have zero desire to ride a 2 stroke 500!

I would love a 2T 125 big bore or something light and flickable that wont try to kill me. Whats the biggest 2T you can do without using a 250 motor?

Should the frame be in a jig when all that stuff is welded? I always wondered how on these builds the frame stays square after all of the modifications?
