Holy crap, how can that be? I don't think the new cartridges and damper rod would even bolt up to the older lugs...legs.... I've got both and tried and it's totally different?

Got a low hour 150 kit if you need one. My boys preferred the 125 with STIC...........

When I had a 300, I always wondered if it was really a 300.

I assume my Triumph was made with the best intentions. Others call it character, but it isn’t.

I have a 1290 Superduke that I bought new and I’ve found a handful of baffling factory errors. The most irritating was a fastener deeply cross-threaded into the trellis steel frame. KTM has great designs but this bike has destroyed any faith I ever had in their production.

But I have seen some weird things similar to this with Ktm group. Saw an 350 make it through pdi and on to the showroom floor as a 250, everything turned out to be correct except the decals, so not a big deal but a little more obvious

That was my first assumption, but I went through all the service records (the bike had about 500 miles when I found it, so there was really just uncrating and set up) and there was no reason that this particular bolt would have ever been touched by anybody other than the assembler.
