I talked to the Dunlop guy at A3, and he said they should be available to the public at the end of February or early March.

Apparently the MX32 will target soft to intermediate (sort of between the MX31 and the MX51), while the MX52 will be more intermediate towards hard pack.

I really liked the pattern on the MX32, and it looks like it could be a great tire.

Very interested in the MX32 tire. Been using the MX31 since we have mostly sand tracks around here but sucks when start straights are usualy hard pack and some rythm sections.

It is about time. Dunlop really missed the mark with the 51 front. The 31 is good, but too specific. If the track is not soft everywhere...you will rip off those tall outer knobs. The 71 front is quite good for hardpack. Dunlop rears are very good for me though...

Don't they have front tires specifically for 4 strokes?...

If you do a search for Dunlop MX32 the Dunlop euro site comes up with some info and sizes.I can't figure out how to paste the link though.

You are spot on with your description of the tires.I have just been running the 31front and rear because 90% of the tracks in Michigan are sand. The 51 front is just horrible.

what tire did dunlop replace the 756 with? Ive been out of the game for over 5 yrs now and my buddy says the 756,739 are stock tires nowadays lol. I liked the 756 but only for raceday cuz it only lasted maybe 4 motos, i'd like somthing similar but with better durability.

The MX-51 replaced the AMAZING 756.

Since then I've been on Pirelli. If you can, try them. You wont be disappointed. Best tyres out.

yeah I have 952s on my bike from over 4 years ago. Long lasting sidewalls....

The 756 was THE tire back then. I saw they are coming stock on YZs right now when I was at the shop a couple weeks ago. I thought that was crazy

I love Pirelli's - just not the price tag!

I find MX51 rears good alround tire. Fronts not great.
MX31 rear awesome in the mud, fronts good on anything but hardpack (even not too bad on hard-ish ground).

Think the MX32 front and 51 rear will be my set-up from what I've heard...

You'll be pleasantly surprised on the Pirelli prices. They're not as steep as people make them out to be Smile

getting mine delivered on monday (mx32,mx52 and mx71- not sure why the 71 hasnt been updated yet, would assume that wil follow later in the season)

i actually dont think the mx51 fronts are that bad- having said that I will probably order 952s for intermediates as they are a fair bit cheaper and dont think theres much difference in peformance.

MX51 fronts are so vague feeling and have tons of knob flex. I like the 71 and 31. The 71 works better then thought in looser dirt as well.

The 51 rear is great, had great luck with that.

I have tried the 403/404 combo and they just didn't work for me.It was just an average tire. Not really that great anywhere. But I also was using it in intermediate to sand type terrain. It might work well on hard pack tracks? But I took them off before I could ever test it on that type of dirt.

I totally agree. The MX51fa front was terrible everywhere.Could never get any traction on any kind of dirt hard or soft. The MX31 worked better on hard pack and it worked really well in sand also.I had goodluck with the MX71 front.I used it indoors on a clay type track and it worked really well. The MX51fa front should be discontinued.

If you are using the MX 51 front make sure it's the 51 FA. If it doesn't say FA then you will likely not be happy with it. The FA is much improved over the standard 51.

The Dunlop guys will be at San Diego this weekend and will be introducing the new Dunlops at Milestone on Monday. The new tires should be awesome!!

Yeah it was FA. I blame that tire for a nasty swap I had last year. Lol

I have ridden and talked with Clark quite a bit in Alabama and he told me to stay away from that 51 also. I used a 71 at a sandy track down there and worked great. I run the 31 at most tracks in Bama but definitly works better in the loam and sand of Michigan

I never liked the MX51FA. I'm not fast by any means, but I would suddenly lose the front on hardpack.

I went backwards, and put the 31 front on. It's actually a lot more predictable.

BTW, to add a positive point.

The MX51 rear is heaven, and lasts AMAZINGLY well.
