That guy with the TM is one of the funniest people on the planet. Ive traveled in a lot of different circles and met my fair share of people, but that kid is as unique and cool as it gets. Nobody funnier in the dirtbike industry.

That Beta looks like an MX model. I thought they only did enduro/cross country.

Yeah someone needs to let them in on the secret that the damn exhaust and the kick starter as well as the chain in on the wrong damn side!! j/k. Just jiking around. But seriously I have yet to ever attempt to kick start a bike with my left leg (minus our PW 50 that is). I bet that shit is awkward!!

The good old ktm640 lc4 had it aswell. Kicking those things with sneakers was a ticket to a busted ankle.

In reality you only see about three, maybe four of those bikes regularly at tracks.

The Sherco's, Beta's, Vertamatis, Fantics etc are all pretty scarce.

In French enduro, Sherco and Beta are not so rare. The 12' Sherco is a really sweet bike, BTW.

That is because they dont make MX bikes.

The Euro brands are more focused on building great Enduro bikes. Like rangot says, go to an enduro event and you will see all the brands.

At one World Enduro event I think I counted 11 different factory supported teams. That is incredible. I dont know of another motorsport series with as many different official brand efforts as in the World Enduro's. Definitely makes things cool and interesting to see so many different brands competitive.

You may find all the brands in the World Championship, that stands to reason, but you will not find many of them anywhere else, mainly because of the relatively low production numbers.

I race Enduros as well as Motocross, so I'm aware of what bikes are usually found in different disciplines, at least in the UK. At MX and Enduro events I typically see all the Jap brands (obviously) KTMs, TMs, Husabergs, Husqvarna's and a few years ago, Vor's.

Those Maico's look cool. Kinda oldschool with the plastics. I like the way the graphics go with the seat.
