With a few rumors going around already of a new SX team coming next year..
There is a very high chance we could see Decosta with another team under his name.

How long until we see Gas Gas come through the same way Husky did in SX/MX in America?

And who do you see as a possible main sponsor?

Reminds me of 1980s Hondas...

That could be a VERY good omen.

Nothing says Honda like a Spanish motorcycle built by Austrians, ridden by an Italian and a Dutchman.

A red bike other than Honda might actually make Ralph’s head explode 😂

He’ll probably just defer to the pant color, then give a big speech about how much the rider loves making pottery in their spare time. lol

Sponsor for GasGas?

I work for one of the oil majors, let me see if they’re interested.

Seriously though, who doesn’t drink Bang these days? I was in a meeting today and 3 people had cans of the stuff.

the whole bikes practically a KTM.
KTM have gone in partners with Gas Gas to look at a entry level bike thats still competitive.
so it will be cheaper then a KTM, then you have Husky which is more expensive then KTM and has the carbon sub frame and all the other bits and pieces.

Local dealer is saying that Gasgas will be the lower end brand of the KTM group. I think the price line will be on Par with the big Japanese 3.

I am thinking that they might do more run out models via gasgas. Good way to scrape another year out of a model at full retail than try to shift a lot of motorcycles at the end of the year / end of model cycle.

Heard the same thing.

Was thinking about ways to lower unit costs:

Cast hubs and clamps, lower grade rims, drywall screws in the tank instead of wood screws?

How about a nice Taco Bell/Imodium sponsorship mash up.

"You eat at Taco Bell followed up with a little Imodium and you don't end up with the Squirt Squirt, just the Gas Gas"

I'm thinking straight up nails instead. Think about it, they could use a nail gun in the assembly line. That will totally speed up production!

I can only see this happening when it doesn't cost the KTM Group next to nothing, because the sales this year are disastrous due to the COVID crisis.
