Honda, old school graphics, mechanic's gear and rider kits equals total domination (just like the 1980's)!

Honda spends a biblical amount on racing....glad it paid off on Saturday! Also, the Alpine star kit was one of the best in history. Well at least 1973 when I purchased my the first issue of MXA off the shelf in Adam's Grocery Store.

I'd like to see HRC return to prominence. HRC is iconic in our sport and they have aligned themselves to have a very successful run with the Lawrence brothers and Sexton.

Lawrence bros have the 250 class wrapped. If Ken and Chase can stay healthy and keep it on 2 wheels all summer it’s going to be an awesome battle. I know it’s a long series but no one else had anything for the Honda boys this weekend.

I’m just happy they had gold rims and blue seats. Keep the look for the season!

I was going to start a thread this morning on how HRC dominated both classes, but seen this post. It was good to see them get some success at the start of the season.
Nobody is talking about how good those bikes looked & how they were able to gap the field. The riders had a big part of it as well.
Hoping they can continue the success for the entire year.
Congratz to the entire HRC team & riders.. Ride Red !!!

The only bikes out there that didn't have black wheels. Very classy Honda.

Yamaha have blue wheels, but the HRC bikes looked awesome.

It sucks that they'll be going back to their regular look next weekend.

Being the 50th anniversary of the nationals, I'm hoping we'll see more throwback themes. Maybe Unadilla seeing as it was on the schedule back in 1972.

Yamaha could do a spin on the following:

In the photo above, does Jett run a different front tire? Is it backwards? Tread pattern looks different from others.

As far as Roczen goes, I'm not sure having a huge "super trick shit" written on your thigh is very classy, lol, although it's kinda funny, I guess.

It'd be backwards if it was a rear tire.

I was a honda fan, still have a few CR's in my stable. but..their stance on 2 strokes and even worse their fake "green" persona has put me off. one of the biggest heavy manufacturing compainies in the world green, what a joke. they make corporate jet planes, who are they kidding? be what you are without the bullshit.

This is the same color scheme/combo used when Honda was dominant, correct?
If so, maybe they need to keep that combo the rest of the season. Clearly it has an effect on the performance of the bike and rider.

Looks like a wider version of the same tire to me, but since you got me looking.... I didn't realize the Lawrence brothers are still on Factory Connection suspension, and not on Factory Showa stuff. The whole crew looks incredibly stoked, congrats to them!

I thought in the 250 class they’re not allowed by rule to run works suspension ? The reason being is to allow more of a playing field in the entry level class ?
Maybe someone can chime in with more knowledge to confirm or get the facts straight.
