2 questions. How fast do you want to go? How much do you want to spend?

Those 2 go hand in hand with pit bikes.

i built one for a customer before, it came out really good. we used a bbr big bike style swingarm, and had some machining done to the clamps to fit kx65 front forks and both the front and rear wheels off of the kx65 for disc brakes. if you want to see some done up check out this website www.planetminis.com

sadly 110's are dead here in Cali..... the Mini SX track at Milestone is like a ghost-town

I had one for my grandson that I kept on the mild side, just BBR forks, 4 gear drum, manual clutch, bbr air cleaner rev box and exhaust, plus the fox rear air shock, pegs, shifter and brake pedal.

After having both a CRF50 and a KLX110, both in stock and then hopped up form and varying degrees between, the best thing ever was getting rid of all of those and having a bone stock CRF100. The reliability on the built bikes isn't as solid and you're always searching for more. The ground clearance on the 110 is sketchy at best, almost as low as a 50 but with a longer bike and bigger wheels so you have more confidence - scraping pegs is scary.

I'll be more than happy to sell you my BBR team bike (Victor Sheldon's).

I'll bet it has run a total of three minutes since I bought it a few years ago.
