So, as a moto fan, I've always loved most things about motocross, but as a digital product designer, I despise that moto tees haven't evolved since the early 2000's.

Most moto tees are still made with the thick ass 100% cotton shirts. Most moto tees STILL follow the same pocket size graphic on front and massive god awful dirtbike drawing on the back. They've been doing the same thing for 30-40 years.

This is why I decided to design some more modern and minimalistic tees and have them printed on demand through Cotton Bureau - a company that uses the super soft and comfy shirts to print designs onto.

If you're interested, check them out: findmoto on cotton bureau

Here's some of the first designs I've put up:

I like the "Twist it" design. But I think you may be mistaken about the prevalence of Beefy Tees; that big, thick, canvas bag-sized shirt is only about 50/50 in the catalogs of all the companies I've worked for in the last dozen years or so. Lots of brands are getting on board with the slimmer-fit, athletic, soft t-blanks.

Fair enough. I just know when I go to a supercross and buy from anything from a venue, they are the beefy tees still.

I stand corrected.

Whatever fasthouse makes most of their tee’s with is the best middle ground between thickness and texture.

Nice designs, by the way. I like it.

Neat. I don’t really wear graphic Tees much at all but I think it mostly was because all the brands I’d like to support printed them on those beefy Gildan T shirts that shrink after one wash and fit like ass.

I dig what you’re doing and like most of your designs, I’m still puzzled why no one markets and sells “all-over” motocross shirts, with a raging Moto scene all over the entire shirt, me thinks they’d sell like twizzlebangers. But yeah, do your thing, I think you’re onto something.

You are probably right about the "event" t-shirts, now that I think about it. Those guys are thinking about their demographic and the bottom line.

You’ve got another buyer right here. I hate those thick ass 100% cotton tees. Good work my man!

Very cool designs and l'm in as long as they're 100% cotton and not too slim fit for a stocky guy.

Probably a pain in the ass or not even possible but could there be a choice of shirts too? Depending on the weather l like some thicker T's and then the lighter thinner, like someone said Fasthouse T's, for summer.

Oh and please no giant neck shirts that look like a tank top with sleeves.

I want these shirts!

Cool designs, especially the ‘twist it’ one.
I gotta say that I totally prefer the thick 100% cotton though.

Very cool graphics.
I like 100% cotton T shirts - don’t need to be “soft”.

I like the designs. I always thought, though, that the thinner fabrics represented just a cheaper shirt. Thanks for the education.

I'm surprised some of Vital's finest haven't lit you up for posting something for sale, called you a spammer, and told you to buy and ad....

I think I may be making an order.

Bonus points for the first person to identify the rider whose photo was used for the drawing reference on the "Jump Style" design. Double bonus for naming the event where the photo was taken.

Cool shirts! I think these look pretty nice.

Many years ago there was a guy at Lorettas selling shirts under the company name Thrill Seeking Threads or TST for short. Mid 90s sometime. He was just a random vendor one year. This sorta brings back memories.

You're about 10 years late on the boring graphic tee printed on a feminine fitting 50/50 blank trend. Big, vibrant, all-over graphics are back in style, and it's gotta be thick 100% cotton.

Awesome shirts!
The 30mins+2laps is great!
But damn it 30$... that's close to 1 race, nice idea though...

Yeah, because I didn't go into screen printing myself, and having them printed through an on demand company, there isn't a lot I can do about the price. It basically sets the amount when you upload a design.

When you go to the product page, you can actually choose a couple different options for shirt material.

You can pick shirt, sweater or tank.
Then pick mens, womens, or kids.
Then pick soft cotton OR heavyweight (if you really want those)
Then pick color available for that type of shirt/sweater/tank.

You need to add Dry Fit option. In this day and age of advanced materials, cotton tees suck in the summer in hot climates.

I bought two. I love the subtle design but powerful imagery/words. Just goes to show if you are into moto little else needs to be said or shown. Great designs.

Yeah, I agree with that. I'll have to look into that as an option.

very few moto brand companies are doing the dated old school shirts. though most race/event shirts are still doing the moto tee's/iron on feeling graphic that adds 5lbs to the back of the shirt

I'm a designer. I've been doing cleaner/minimalist event shirts for a bit, and people def have been ok with the style update.

getting connected to a quality screen printer isn't hard. i can turn these for events on nice (ie none hanes beefy t's) for only about $1-2 more than the cheap shirts go for.

I’ve been wondering this for a while until I started my own company Viral Moto.
I don’t like the crazy full shirt images as much and the thick cotton tees. I use the softstyle cotton tee’s as they are lighter and breath well but aren’t real tight. But those thick cotton tees are wayyy cheaper. Just gotta decide if you want higher profit or a better product.

Those designs are really good tho. Good work!
