Most definitely a Pro-Fab chromoly swingarm. They built them for DG, identical to that one. I've never seen a Pro Fab frame for the Yamaha's, but that frame is nicely done.

Here are a few pics of a DG XR75 monoshock frame that I had replicated. The originals were built by Pro-Fab and we copied every detail exactly as the originals were. Compare some of the detail work to yours.

Horrible pic, but here is my early CR125 Honda Pro-Fab frame as used on the Team DG race bikes back around 75-76. The rear upper shock mount area had been modified but I sent it back to Jeff Cole to repai it back to original.
