Wanting to upgrade the exhaust on my 20 RMZ 250 (most of FMF systems are out of stock). Looking at the Yoshi exhaust (at least the pictures) it almost looks like the Yoshi muffler is larger than the stock one. I find that hard to believe, but can anyone here let me know if it's true? Thanks

I can’t speak to the RM, but the Yosh on my KTM 450 is bigger than stock, and didn’t save any weight. Where as the FMF on my 350 saved a solid half a pound off of stock. But are full S.S. Systems.

The one for the 19 and up KX450 is HUGE. I went with the FMF instead.
I will say, though, you can't beat the quality and craftmanship of the Yosh... I had them on all of my RMZ450's the last 10 years....

Ti system would have saved decent weight but I couldn’t pass up the deal on this SS system. Almost identical, I think an ounce lighter.

I don’t blame you. I found a used Ti FMF for my 20 RMZ450 that I’m trying out tomorrow. I read on dirt rider the FMF saved 4 pounds on the 450. Crazy how heavy the stock muffler is.

Good luck finding a stainless Yoshi for a late RMZ250, I have been looking/waiting for many months.

Speaking of that, anyone heard anything about when FMF's inventory might be back to normal? And thanks for the advice.

Any idea how well the FMF system works on a late RMZ250? With so few people riding them info is pretty hard to find. Also wonder if the Mega Bomb actual effects power or just reduces noise. I do have a Mega Bomb and a 4.1 on my 2007 290 RMZ but that was a known really good system for that year.
