ha ha ha, excellent! We can actually add all the late 90's gear here too.

a lot of that late 80's - early 90's gear reminds me of stuff that is on the market right now. some of it is almost identical.

I had a very good mate who was sponsored to wear that wulfsport gear. I really liked it. I also really dig a lot of the mid to late 90's gear. Most of the new stuff, not so much.

Eric Geboers in Clover looks cool, those other 3 tools ,not-so-much.

I always wanted a set of M. Robert gear in the late 80's. I think Jobe wore that stuff.

Visually, I think Gear gear from the mid 80's would be the exact opposite of Wolfsport on the design spectrum.

When I was in Japan in the 90's they had a brand of gear called "Super-Bear" or something like that. It had big cute bear faces all over it. For the life of me I can not find anything on the web about it but it was popular and they were all wearing it over there.

I think it was just Bear, and yes it was Thor/Fox of Japan. I can't remember the shop name in Tokyo but it was about 10 floors and I think one of them was all Bear/Taichi.

Every generation thinks they had the best... When they look back at it they usually realize they where a bit off.

I have been there, place was a trip.
The motorcycle district in town outside of Tokyo called Ueno.
Got thrown out of a shop for taking pictures but they let me have brochures of
the same bikes. odd culture.

As a rule I love a lot of the Gear from the late 80's and early 90's. The Fox and AXO stuff was killer. I remember we all though this crap looked retarded even back then and time has not changed that conclusion.

It's funny how we forget about the crappy looking stuff.

I always seem to think that all the gear I had as a kid was awesome, and don't understand why they don't do it like they did... Then I look at old pictures.

Seeing the WULF Sport gear brings back memories, a friend of mine back in the day was the importer or something like that...Manny (Team Green) probably knows him, good ole Gary Rabe.

Funny, way back when i was in 7th grade, my History teacher lived next door to him. Still have my yearbook that she signed, "Good luck in your motocross career"

Yep, and he helped out a good friend of mine Bruce, did a lot of work of Bruces bikes and I would change the "Rock Oil" stickers to say "Cock Oil" Laughing

It is just cropped out of this pic, it is one of his bikes:

We had some crazy times back in the day, "Uncle Bruce" was a total nut!
