Struts to make very subtle adjustments to assure the clamps/forks are perfectly aligned?

Or perhaps they add strength so in the event of a crash it keeps the forks and clamps from getting all twisted up?

There were braces like that in about 1977 when forks reeeally flexed. So I'm told.

They could improve on the design by moving the radiator up there too. Gotta be some way to run the coolant through the steering head and stem.....hmmmmm.

I can barely ride when my tripple clamps are out of tune

I normally set mine to an E flat, but its really rider preferance
