How about taking a fun dual-sport ride over the mountains and through the desert, circumnavigating Las Vegas, on the weekend before Thanksgiving? The Las Vegas 300 is a classic dual-sport event hosted by Exit Tours MC and is planned for the weekend before Thanksgiving.
The ride circumnavigates Las Vegas, beginning at the Hoover Dam Lodge and ending at the Pahrump Nugget. The dual-sport ride traverses mountains, dry lakes and takes riders on dirt roads and trails through the Nevada desert.
Originally conceived by Ross Williams and Chuck Sun, this two-day dual-sport ride includes luggage portage, a chase truck, GPS phone-compatible tracks, plus a Saturday night banquet and breakfast on Sunday in Pahrump. Participants will also receive a T-shirt, stickers and a pin.
Join Exit Tours MC on their last club ride of the year for only $299. Exit Tours is a Colorado non-profit club that puts on club rides for like-minded enthusiasts. Any competent rider can Join. There are no meetings, workdays or politics involved with joining Exit Tours MC. Just join and ride.
On Monday following the planned ride, participants have the option of joining club members at the Delight’s Hot Springs in Tecopa, California for a Monday afternoon ride, explore an old mine, ride to the China Ranch Date Farm and enjoying the Hot Springs in Tecopa in the evening.
Sign-up and show up at the Hoover Dam Lodge on Friday November 18. Ride to the Pahrump Nugget on Saturday. Return on a different loop to the Hoover Dam Lodge on Sunday on this low-key, no-hassle club dual-sport ride.
