Throttle Jockey can probably match it.
They started doing all of Team Honda's US seat covers and graphics a few years after 1993, but they have their Honda CR seat cover stuff down really nice to the point where I don't even think about any other place for my CR seat covers. Graphics that they do for them is also an exact Team Honda match.

Thanks mxbonz, I will give them a call, I usually go right to Evo-MX but Honda clamped down on anyone reproducing their logos...

Nstyle used to do the OG white wing with the Camel Supercross stiker. You could get then from dennis kirk cheap forever. They might even still have some. Throttle Jockey is licensed team Honda as their main supplier so they can be had.

I have someone working on the complete kit right now...I”m looking for the outdoor bike graphics which have the “Bills pipe” logo under the Honda wing....it’s really a pretty simple design, I”m sure just all individual decals back then, but based off the photos I can find that’s what it is....

Did not take any photos before I tore into it....pretty solid runner....trying to do a quick mechanical makeover & get some rides this summer....I had one back in 1994...it was a great bike...I”m a bit heavier than I was back then....we”ll see how it goes👍

You can clean up small aluminum parts pretty good with a bench grinder/ brass brush attachment

Clutch basket, inner hub & pressure plate had some wear...so.... replace everything with new OEM Honda parts....what could go wrong? I get into installing the plates & something does not feel right...like a plate is severely warped...they are brand f.....new...

In all my years of replacing clutches I can honestly say this has never happened!

Well this is a bummer....these pipes are for 98-99 CR125’s”s.......I will try to fit the Bills pipe to the 93 I have going on, but the other 2, stock & all aluminum Powerbrand pipes are for sale....

I have a set of Suzuki 49mm forks, quick fitment shows the stem is too short, would need to swap steer stems..I will leave that for winter project. Going to run the stock reworked forks....

Just found out the Pro X “B” piston I bought is too tight, glad I did not just run it...appears The “B” piston from Honda is NLA...I may just re ring the piston as it looked decent & is within spec. Until I can find a correct replacement. Figured a I would keep plugging away, so I wanted to clean & inspect front brake assy. Found the first stuck bolt! Brake pad pin seized..I have had my share of these pins being seized in the calipers...Of course even with heat & pb blaster the Allen head stripped out in no time... Was not looking forward to drilling this pin out, they are a pita to drill out without ruining the caliper threads. I tried one last ditch effort to get it out, heated it, tapped it from behind with a punch, then tapped in an ez out bit, hooked up a cordless drill to give it a good shot.... it worked! These pins can be a bitch, I got lucky!

cleaned up the piston that came in the bike, the stock “B” Honda piston. The PO contacted me & asked how the bike was coming, He had told me the top end was not that old, he stated he had his mechanic replace it a few years ago with all Oem Honda parts & he had only put about 8-10 hrs on it since. So I ordered a .new Honda ring, the ring end gap was right within the standard measurements for a new ring...still looking for an oem “B” piston, but a new ring will do for now...I want to ride this thing!

Picked up some vforce reeds for a good price...never installed a set of these before...have to cut the tabs off the stock Honda intake boot...

I was conservative with the cut to not damage the sealing surface, 20 minutes on the surface plate has it nice & flat.

Carb clean, I”m going to use Pro Circuit jetting for a baseline, they used a 165 main which may be a little lean for the northeast, stock is 172, I will start out with 168. Bike came with a JD jetting blue needle...I”m currently looking for the Optional R1468N needle that PC suggest, NLA from Honda . Pilot will be #55. Replaced all hoses, added T vents...slide is in really good shape, indicating a low hr bike.
